Claudia is an experienced senior business leader and human resources executive who has led the people function for multi-billion dollar business units.
She partners with C-suite leaders to develop and implement talent strategies to drive large scale business growth globally and across industries, including multi-million-dollar talent investment initiatives and other strategic priorities, such as leadership development, succession planning, inclusion & diversity, culture, engagement, employee experience, well-being and the future of work.
She coaches and develops high performing teams and individuals, helping them chart their futures, identify and remove roadblocks, and achieve their personal and professional aspirations.
Claudia lives in Austin, Texas, where she is active in the local community, including non-profit board leadership.
